After successfully completing training at Fatema Nursing Institute, there is an opportunity to gain permanent employment in any branch of Ad-din Hospital. According to the course curriculum of the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council, a minimum of six months of internship is compulsory for each student. After the comprehensive examination at the end of the training, one more year of internship at Ad-din Hospitals is required as per the rules of this institution. From the beginning of the internship, the salary will be paid on the prescribed scale of the hospital. It is to be noted that after successfully passing the internship and final examination as per the rules of the institute, the student will be eligible to get permanent employment, salary, provident fund, gratuity and festival allowance, and other benefits as per the rules of Ad-din Hospital.
